We watched "Serenity" again recently, i'd forgotten how many great lines ( and GUNS, i said GUNS !! ) were in that movie. A favorite ...

I just watched part of Serenity on DVD and noticed that there were a pair of M-1 carbines on the back of the mule in a rack when they did the security company vault heist in the beginning. Mal was sitting right over them, leaning back firing at the Reaver vehicle and never reached for them. Dadgum waste of firepower, him with that little single-action with those carbines in easy reach.

quick question i see the deluxe version says it has never before seen footage, does that mean its in the movie (which makes it a longer run time)or scenes that are not in the movie.

Joss had a plan to use them in one of the seasons, sort of like a huge congolmerate. (Think of Coca-Cola, Enron, and Microsoft combined)
