I am a heavy-set guy (6' 350lbs.) and am having a hard time finding a holster that fits my frame aand that will work for concealment. I am open to OWB/IWB/Shoulder rigs etc. My carry choices are either a FEG PA-63 or a S&W Sigma. Any suggestions?

Put the FEG in a pocket holster.
I've got a buddy about your size (Little taller) and he did that till he got something better.

Generally speaking, heavy-set individuals do not do well with cross-draw holsters, belt or shoulder, because the reach is too far unless they have especially long arms. You probably would be better off looking at strong-side options.

Next, give some thought to your clothing. Are you always able to wear a coat or other covering garment? Will a loose, baggy look work in your environment or not?

Are you a law enforcement officer, or someone else who is obligated to go in harm’s way, who needs to carry a larger weapon, or only interested in self-protection where a lethal encounter is more likely to be a close-up affair, and perhaps can be avoided?

Your situation should dictate the choice of both a handgun and method of carry.

As a private citizen with no law enforcement responsibilities I sometimes carry a .38 Special snub-nose revolver (very reliable and powerful enough) in a pocket holster, and anything else that’s larger will be close at hand in my residence or vehicle.

Generally speaking, I am always wearing a loose shirt both at work and outside of work. I don't need to carry a full size auto. That is why I like my PA-63 which is about the size of a Walther PPK. I have a lightweight IWB for the PA-63 and find it mostly works for me. I have also considered a revolver for either IWB or pocket carry.

Check out Bullman or rusty-sherrick for horsehide holsters. Horsehide is stronger than regular and thinner. It also handles sweating better. Both have an ultra high straighr drop holster that really conceals well.
For a plastic holster IW, try Fist holsters. He has an ultra thin that does a very good job.

I feel for you buddy, I am 6'2" and now weigh 290, but I was closer to 400 3 years back and the only carry method then was a fanny pack or a front pocket with very loose pants.
