I'm trying to decide between the LWD one and the Glock factory 6"

the LWD has standard rifling, so it should have better accuracy with hardcast loads, BUT I haven't heard any reports of accuracy issues with the longer Glock barrel.

The glock barrel is a factory part, so I'm assuming quality is top notch, plus the poly rifling may bump the velocity up just a bit more, how much though?

thoughts anybody?

For hunting with factory loads use the oem barrel for hand loading I would suggest the lone wolf 6' inch barrel

I'm sure RonDeer10mm will say otherwise but if you take your G20 out deer hunting it will probably be a one-time affair.

To answer the question though, I'd just get the LW barrel. That way you'll be able to shoot both jacketed and hard cast without problem. My buddy is happy with his 6" LW barrel, other than the fact that it makes the gun look silly and throws the balance off.... :D

I run a 6" Jarvis National Match barrel in my G20. Works great. Shot many thousand rounds through it including lots of cast. Highly recommended.

I would go with the LWD barrel just so you can shoot a bigger variety of bullet types. LWD makes some top notch quality barrels. They should change their logo, though. It's bad when people are willing to spend an extra $15 just so you don't get that ugly wolf engraving.
