Your Model 36 chiefs Special was manufactured in 1973 or 1974. Serial range for those years was J100000 to J250000, so 1974 seems likely.
Value is dependent upon condition. Pics would be required. In excellent condition $350 or so would probably be about right, but i suggest you post a new thread with pics if you want a better idea of value.

You have a .38 Military & Police Model of 1905 4th Change manufactured in 1919 or 1920. It has a heat treated cylinder, so it should be safe to shoot modern standard velocity ammunition. It predates the positive hammer block safety, so it would be prudent to treat it as a 5 shooter, with the chamber under the hammer left empty. The barrel stamping will be .38 S&W Special CTG. CTG stands for cartridge.

Just picked up a blued "I" frame, 3 1/4"barrel, round butt, 5 screw plus the mainspring strain screw, serial 277xxx, chambered for the 32 S&W Long cartridge. Hard rubber grips with matching serial number to the revolver. I will post pics in the revolver section. Curious as to approximately when it was built.

You have a .32 Hand Ejector third Model manufactured between 1917 (serial number 263000) & 1920 (serial number 321000).
Normally I would call that as 1917, but with wartime production of the .45 ACP Model 1917 Army beginning that year, I would not be surprised if production of civilian models was held up somewhat. Your gun does not have a heat treated cylinder, so stick to standard pressure loads, don't try and hot rod handloads. It also predates the positive hammer block safety introduced during WWII. It would be prudent to leave the chamber under the hammer empty until you are ready to shoot.

Your New Model No.3 frame was manufactured prior to 1898. Frames were stockpiled and finished as orders came in, until it was deleted from the catalog in 1908. It was most likely assembled and shipped some time between 1898 & 1904.
Serial numbers 33668-33197 shipped to Japan Sept. 1st 1898.
Serial numbers 33501-33642 shipped to Japan May 16th 1904.
Caliber is probably .44 S&W, but there were several other calibers, including .44-40.

Everything after 1898 & serial number 382022 is not an antique. American Express Co. ordered guns up to 1905, with serial numbers ending around 486000.
So 1899-1905, the serial range is 382022 to 486000, or just under 14,000 guns per year on average. As yours is 5,000-6,000 off the known 1905 serial range, its probably fairly safe to assume yours is from 1904 or 1905.
Supica & Nahas have a long screed in the SCSW (which I highly recommend you buy) where they call the .32 Single Action the Model Number One & a Half Centerfire, while the .32 Double Action is just the .32 Double Action.
Serial number 34,935 is a .32 Double Action 3rd Model, manufactured in 1882 or 1883 in the serial range 22173 to 43405, so take your pic as to which year.
Serial number 46,811 is a .32 Double Action 4th Model, serial range ran from 43406 to 209301 for the period 1883 to 1898, or about 11,000 guns a year, so 1883 or early 1884 seems likely.

THANK YOU. I just was going to revise the post, and you beat me to it. Those 32 1 1/2 models are the single action ones which date from 1878 to 1892, NOT the double action one. My apologies! It is the single action 1 1/2 centerfire. If I could get the dates on these two, being this model, that would be GREAT! 34935 & 46811. It is easy to get confused with Smith & Wessons!
