I've got an MK9 that I love. Surprisingly accurate for its size, wonderful trigger, no malfunctions at all.
However, it's my second. The first was a lemon that had to be sent back when the slide cracked at about 300 rounds (WWB 115gr). The whole process was a real nightmare, and it took almost three months to get a replacement. Getting any sort of response from their customer-service department was like pulling teeth. Had the same negative experience when they shipped a defective pair of grips. Finally gave up and went directly to Frank Harris, the marketing chief, to get resolution.
Others have had good experience with their customer service, but it really varies for alot of folks. In short, great product, but if you need support, you're rolling the dice.
