I'm not saying that a gunsmith can't work on it, it's probably better that
Glock replaces it (assuming it is defective). Tenifer is there for durability and corrosion protection. Why mess with it?
Regarding milling for different sights, there are so many after-market sights available for Glocks that I doubt there is a need for custom milling.
Regarding engraving Glocks: I question the mental stability of anyone who would engrave a Glock
