Yikes!!! That is really something. Love the Ghost Ring/Scout Scope mounting setup. That would be great in any caliber.

I REALLY, REALLY, REALLY want one too. I bet they'll be hard to find for a while though, but once they're "readily" available I'll buy one in a heartbeat!

That rail isn't JUST a scout rail although it can be used to mount a scout scope in the necessary forward position. It's the XS lever rail and basically it allows you to mount a regular scope far enough forward with the proper eye relief so that you don't break your nose or eye socket during recoil.
