I use an Uncle Mike's IWB for my Ruger Speed Six which is about the same size as your 19. I like it a lot and it's very thin so you don't feel like you have a tumor at your waistline. You might try looking at something in Kydex from Fist holsters. A buddy of mine had an Kydex IWB from them and it seemed to be a good holster.

I've used a Hoffner's Miurage kydex IWB for years with my 4" 629 and like it quite well.
I did make one small modification in that I drilled another hole back behind the trigger guard and moved one of the straps back there. Wasn't necessary, really, but makes it a little bit more stable.

Milt Sparks Summer Special is what I have for my S&W model 19. I've used it many years.
If I were buying another, it would be a FIST #20. http://www.fist-inc.com The reason is the Sparks has the snap straps over the cylinder and the FIST has the snap straps fore and aft. I find the latter set-up more stable and less bulky.
Leather is more comfortable for me than kydex if used IWB.
