Kahr CW9...refinish slide?

For a number of reasons I am thinking about getting a Kahr CW9 9mm. I plan to do a lot of range shooting with this gun and Kahrs seem to have a good reputation once broken in. I have small hands, so this is good size for me as well.

One small thing...I can't stand the two-tone look in this or any other pistol. Any ideas on how best to refinish the stainless slide to a matte black or something like that? Yes, I know, I could move up to matte black P9, but that gun runs about $600 and the CW9 under $400.

By the time you pay for the refinishing and shipping both ways, you're probably very close to the $200 difference. Also note that the P9 has a dovetailed front sight - the CW9 does not...

You could Ceracoat the slide.

I didn't do mine myself, but I am thinking of doing my cw40 now that it has all the bugs worked out of it. Here is a pic of my pf9, and someone elses p11. It has held up really well.
