First chance to put some rounds through it today...50 went through flawlessly...I always been kinda partial to the lesser amount of recoil from the .40S&W, but think I might change...

Congrats. Mine runs flawlessly. I love it. No sense in a 3" 1911 in .40 when you can have one in .45.

Just had my first chance to shoot a friends Ultra Carry II with Crimson Trace grips. 50' 4.4 gr 700x with a 200 gr SWC. Bullseye stance, slow fire cadence I shot 6x's and 1 called 9 on a TF & RF target. I was very impressed, my Colt compact doesn't come close.
