Who has the updated list through 2013 for the manufacturing date codes stamped on italian replicas?

According to the 2013 Eighth Edition Blue Book of Modern BP Arms.

2009 - CD
2010 - CE
2011 - CF
2012 - CH
2013 - CI
2014 - CL

Don't know a current link for the whole chart though.

I have updated my chart to include the years 1945-2014, and put it on my Website.

Note that there is a discrepancy between my old chart and Fingers' data for the years 2010 and 2011. I don't know which is correct.

I bought 3 newer piettas from cabelas 1 last noth and 2 this month they all have CL codes. So they are 2014 date codes? interesteing.

I just didnt think ide be getting that new of stuff already.

When will pietta put out the specs on the 2014 stuff? I know for a fact the twist rate is different but ide like some actual specs on it.

I once picked up a load of Mitsubishi 3000GTs at Brunswick. The date code on the doors was still a month into the future.

Maybe the Italians stamp according to fiscal or production years and not calendar?

I wonder if they do like Smith & Wesson used to do, and maybe still do.

Make frames and serial number them, and then assemble the complete gun later? Then if they weren't paying attention to what numbers they pulled out...

I think they date the metal so in 2014 the CL codes will be seasoned. lol

When i compare my older date codes to the newer ones i like how deep the rifeling is on the older ones compared to the newer ones but the newer ones have a faster twist then the older ones.

I got one that says BC on it and it has NICE deep rifeling but the twist is one of the slowest that i have.

I dont know whats better though a faster twist barrel that fouls up faster or a slower twist barrel that takes longer to foul up?
