You are having the time of morning I am experiencing. Have been lazy ever since I retired 12 years ago... 😁
Yep, I've been retired for a long time as well, and "lazy mornings" are my norm. However, this "lazy morning" was forced on my wife and me by covid - we're doing better, but we can't go anywhere, and we can't have any guests over to the house for at least another 5 days.
Don't worry though - covid is not the type of virus that you can catch over the internet. 😁

Fortuitous that this topic should come up. Today is the one year anniversary of my retirement. Got up late around nine AM because I binge watched season 1 of Peaky Blinders last night.

Got a big cup of coffee and sat on the back porch while drinking it . Then mailed off some 310 grain 44 magnum bullets I promised a THR member.

Hope you and your wife feel better. I'll give you a detail of my lazy morning. It is 3 pm and I'm having my first cup of Joe.

Got up at five. German Shorthair doesn’t like going off daylight savings. Gets up early and likes to stay out all day. Comes in to sleep and eat. Cleaned the pellet stoves and then groceries. Then cleaned the Sig P227, the HK45, the Colt Gold Cup, and finally the Colt King Cobra. Put away all the range gear from yesterday and finally spiffed up the reloading room. Was a sweet morning.

Peaky Blinders! I think Arthur is/was my favorite character in that series. Never know about that dude.

Oh, and that retirement thing; best job I ever had. Retirement! Bliss:thumbup:
