Lead-free or TMJ Ammo?

Anyone know if there is anyone who loads 9mm, .38, or .357 Mag ammo that has both:

1. A lead-free primer and,

2. A lead-free or total metal jacketed (TMJ) bullet?

Speer Lawman Clean-Fire, Winchester Super-Clean NT, and CCI are just a few that come to mind. Basically, it comes down to how much you are willing to pay.

Just do keep in mind that current lead-free primers have a very short shelf life (5 years or less).
