Does anyone know what each number on disk in auto measure mean on load master say i wanted 7 grains of powder which one woul di use

It is all explained in a manual for Lee powder measure.

http://www.leeprecision.com/cgi-data/instruct/AP1704.pdf

Page 5 and below.

The numbers are volume in cubical centimeters. Tables and instructions in the PDF convert this to grains for any powder. Note that powder density differs from lot to lot, and the tables are on a safe side. You may get more accurate results if you calibrate your powder with a scale like described in the above PDF.

Unless you have a reloading scale you should not be reloading. Weighing what a particular hole throws is the only way to know exactly.

While scale and caliper are used by almost any reloader, and not that expensive these days, I would say that using the above referenced Lee VMD table for powder and reference round for OAL/crimp is safe.
