A FAL kit, at least the ones DSA had, and the upper will cost you more than a budget AR. And then you either have to buy the right tools or pay a smith to put it all together. DSA makes the best upper receivers out there. You can find built FALs out there for less, but be sure of who they were built by and on what receiver.
 
What's a "high capacity rifle"?

Is it one that feeds from 3 mags at once?

Does it have a special mag well for a 1000-round magazine?

Can we please stop using antigun words to describe normal - designed by the gun's inventor/designer to function with the gun - gun parts?
