Load Data For .308 Hornady 155gr A-max ??

Cant seem to find any good poop on this round. Hand loading for Spfld M1A. Anyone? (Using RE15) Info appreciated.

I have a very tight chambered M1A Supermatch. I shot the 155 AMax for about a year. I think the long bearing surface drives up pressure, so if you use 155 Sierra data, you'll need to back off 1-2grs.

You must not have looked in the most logical place to find it.

The Hornady #6 manual has a whole chapter devoted to loading the 7.65 x 51mm NATO for the M1A rifle.

They list 11 different powders for the 155 gr. A-Max bullet alone, including RL-15.
