Has anyone any experience loading pulled 163 grain .308 AP bullets (those with the black tips), such as those sold by GIBrass? These look as though they should be pretty accurate, and I was wondering if anyone had any experience with this, if they damaged the bore in any way, and what might your load suggestions be?
I'm particularly looking for loads for powders such as IMR 4350 and IMR 4064. Thanks so much in advance!

I have loaded some.
They are very long for how much they weigh.
You must choose a powder that does not take up too much space.
For 30-06 that is easy, but for .308 [for personal use only, not for sale. 6 months to go on that law] it would take H335 or something dense like that.
John Benjamin, who makes barrels and is a champion high power shooter, told me that they are hard on barrels. He may have higher standards than me. Anything would be good enough for my semi auto guns.

There was an official study done way back around WWII or shortly after. The bottom line was a barrel stayed accurate to the same amount of rounds as one that shot the standard M2 ball.

I would start w/ 168gr data and maybe work up a little from there.

FYI, 4350 is too slow for the M14/M1A if that was what you were intending.
