It is leg meat , garlic , worcestershire sauce , sweet onions , salt and pepper !
I am so happy . I got it last year and went hunting with it this year . Open sights at 150 feet .
that's cool, I shoot 3 every year with mine. I have a TC Omega and I love it. I toped mine with the lupold SBR muzzle loader scope. good job on the kill.
Congratulations. Which CVA are you using? I bought a CVA Accura last year. I've only been able to get out once this year with my new ML and it is killing me.
My Accura shoots great with Barnes Expander MZs. On several occasions I have put two consecutive shots through the same hole at 100 yards.
I am using the CVA Optima . It is the easiest and cleanest shooting muzzleloader that I have ever had ! It uses #209 shotgun primers and no need for nipples . I am sssooo pleased ! I was using open sights and I had Bronchitis when the season began . SO I was sick even before the season . So I had no time to sight the gun in . So I used the open sights . I aimed for the lungs and it hit directly there !!!! I am not changing anything on this gun . I can say that the first bullet through this gun killed a deer !
I didnt waste anything . I used ALL THE MEAT . I like it all and will not waste any . If it is too tough , I cook it long and slow , and so on . I always respect any animal that I kill and let it know that it was killed to feed my familiy . No trophy killing here . I dont believe in it . I shoot what has meat , not what has big antlers .
