I've had good luck with the Tula steel cased in my .308s. Only one noted hiccup so far in about 1500 rounds. The "Bears" seem to work well when I can find them too, though I've not seen more than a few boxes in months. Tula runs me about .45 cents a round (including shipping) which is more reasonable than the usual buck-a-shot from Dick's or the local gun shop. A bulk purchase of 1000 rounds will last me ... a few weekends, anyway.
I've had a press and dies for a few years, I just don't ever seem to have the time to get started. The M1A is the only gun I have that's gentle enough on brass to consider reloading for anyway... the 91 chucks empties somewhere into the next county and I've never actually found any out of the FAL... I think they break apart upon atmospheric reentry.
