LUSA guns?

Anyone have any experience with LUSA firearms? I just stumbled upon them by accident and had never heard of them before. Just curious what people know about them.

A friend of mine bought one a couple months ago. In short, the gun was designed in a factory the formerly was licensed to manufacture HK guns. The LUSA uses the HK fire control system but that is it. Other than that and the general appearance of the gun, it has not relation to the HK designs. No roller locking, no polygonal rifling, no drum rear/hooded front sights, etc. The collapsable stock tilts down at the butt to lock. This is due to the fact the gun uses a slightly lower sight plane than the true HK guns.

My friend said he wanted an HK design, I told him this one is a bit of a stretch to meet that criteria but he bought it anyway. Unfired as of yet.
