M&P 9 owners, some maintenance advice

I am reaching about 10k rounds through my M&P 9 and just want some simple advice. At what point are you guys doing spring changes in her? I am thinking of replacing the recoil spring an fp spring, and maybe the trigger spring. Obviously, I will use the same weights for all, if not recommended otherwise, I just want to know the change intervals.

I changed my recoil spring on my M&P 40 at 4k when i started to notice that i could feel the slide bottoming out. Since then i made it a point to change it out every 3k. I have almost 10k through it and have never changed the firing pin spring yet and haven't touched the trigger spring... the trigger is just so nice now i don't want ot mess it up, LOL
