Marlin 336 Front Sight Post Height?

Does anyone know how tall the Marlin 336CS factory front sight is?

If the 336CS has a front sight base, the replacement front blade should be .250". That is the height of the XS Systems blades I put on my Marlin 94 .44 mag. and 39A .22. You can always use slightly higher and elevate the rear sight. If you are using a blade without a bead, you can always put on a higher one and file to fit the height.
