I would like to ask if anyone has used or heard about the brass cased alllegedly Bosnian 7.62x39 ammo for sale at The Sportsmans' Guide? They 'say' it is 'match'. I wonder 'cause I know the difference it makes to use real match grade ammo in my bolt .308s -vs- surplus and wonder what this stuff might do for group size in my AKs and SKSs. Anybody?

As somebody who does handload match grade 7.62x39 ammo himself...

I'll have to order some and try it, then report here.

Note: Some AK's are capable of excellent accuracy for the platform, but only with decent ammo. And there are many silhouette pistols and bolt-action rifles that have been starving for accurate 7.62x39 ammo, which has been a handload-only proposition for years. I know of a certain J.D. Jones SSK Contender rework that's sub-MOA at 100 yards in 7.62x39. :D

Nope, posted it and forgot about it. I can not recall why but I never bought the ammo.
