Mesa Tactical or Cavalry Arms Pistol Grip/Adjustable Stock Setup?

I'm looking to buy one of these setups and I'd like to know the pro's and con's of each of them. Either way I'll be looking for a high-tube setup, and from what I can see they look almost identical as far as form and function. Any insight?
