Michael Wilson tries to get an interview with Moore. Then goes on to visit some of the people Moore has used in his movies, and finds some of them were mislead. Very good movie.

I'm not absolutely sure but from what he said on the Raido I think larry Elder's is very concentrated on the citizens with guns thing. But what do I know I have see neither.

To make it poignantly effective, Larry Elder needs to put on 250lbs. and a baseball cap. Then walk around unshaved, unbathed and needing a haircut. That would lend the populist realism that makes MM so effective.

Here's my beef with Elder's take.

Bowling for Columbine was only marginally about guns. Mostly it's about how the mainstream media sucks.

Sounds to me like Elder is mostly concerned with guns.

Old thread, but I got this from netflix. I'm about halfway through it, it is very interesting.

I think/hope that lots of people should see it.

You really didn't like Innocents Betrayed? I thought it was pretty good. What were you expecting?

finished it up. It was a little short, but he made his points very well through a lot of seemingly intelligent and educated interviews, as well as some "people on the street" type snippets which were enlightening. The ignorance of some people is astounding. Elder does a good job tearing down common anti arguments with not much else but common sense.

I recommend it highly.
