Moly coated bullets legality???

Does anybody know id moly coated bullets are legal in Illinois? I know Teflon coated are illegal, but I'm not sure about Moly coated. You know how the laws are written here, you can die of old age before you get through reading a section, then what you really want to know is encrypted that you'll need a legal staff to determine if you can tie shoes on Thursday .
