Not sure about a P239, but a Glock will feed a MG HP as long as it fits in the mag. 1.13" will be just about perfect for a Glock.
If you want to make a "universal" load that will chamber in most any gun, including those with short throats (CZ, XD, etc.), you will have to seat that particular bullet down to around 1.085".* My Glocks like this OAL, too.
*I have a DP-51, and I found that it won't chamber a Hornady XTP unless it's seated exactly to Hornady's recommended 1.060" OAL, or shorter. For an MG 124 gr HP, that magic number is 1.085". So this is where I load most of my MG HP's.
