I have just had a string of good luck this weekend. I am not sure what is up but what the heck I will take it. First off, I won a shotgun at a sporting clays tournament, then my bullets showed up so I could finish up loading 38 specials and finally this.

Back behind a bunch of factory 357 Maximum ammo I picked up I found 5000 Winchester small pistol magnum primers. They just got buried behind the Max ammo and I just forgot about it. Neat!

So I dug out my primer loader and put them all in APS strips. That took a while and reminded me why I buy preloading APS strips. I set up the press for 357 Magnum and away we go. I have enough small pistol magnum primers to load all of empty 357 magnum brass.

Some days you just get lucky. :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

Pretty good day for me as well. There is a range at a the conservation club which I belong to, Spent the nite there last nite and hung around the fire with a bunch of fine folks. This morning a fellow was shooting his new Mini 14 for quite a while. I went over when he finished up and filled up a couple shotshell boxes with once fired Remington .223 brass. Sure hope he comes back soon.

During December I won a new CZ pistol and a iPad all in the same week. On a friend's advice, I went right out and bought a Georgia Lottery ticket. The luck had worn thin.

Enjoy it while you can, friend. :D
