Mossberg 590 Mariner ?

Just about to order a 18.5" (for HD). Barrel for my Rem 870 express w/26"VR that I use for primarily bird hunting/occassional skeet etc when I came across a 99% Mossberg 590 Mariner With 20" Barrel, 9-Shot for $300, just wondering if this is a good price ? I have considered the Mossberg cruiser in the past but just came across this one.
