Most disgusting revolver currently made? Yup, I think so. Charter Arms needs to improve thier image, and this doesnt help. I know its marketed as a womens gun, but I dont think any girlfriend I ever had would appreciate the barrel inscription. Here's a link http://www.gunblast.com/Charter-PinkB.htm

Wow is that realy a left hand revolver. I guess with digital there is no way to flip a negative.

Thats not a gun i would buy i don't believe. Charter also pulled another boner in the 80s i think when they came out with a his and hers set in 38 and 32 called the Bonnie & Clyde. I sort of wish i had one of those.

A first I was refusing to believe that this could be a production model from charter arms, and it had to be a mod someone did to their own gun. Then I noticed the images had a gunblast.com logo on them, so I went and read the article. I still almost can't believe it.. what we're they thinking...

The gun isn't listed on the Charter Arms website though as a production model... yet.

Seems really stupid, but

I had my doubts, but wanted a few women’s opinions. I was surprised at their reactions. After showing the gun around to several women, the response was overwhelmingly positive. Every one of the women who saw the little gun liked it. One objected to the inscription, but the others thought it fitting. All of them liked the color, the light weight, and the feel of the handgun.

Hey, if it gets even a few more women to carry concealed, I'm all for it.

While "the Pink B*tch" isn't listed on their website, the "Undercover Southpaw" is indeed. Oh, and yes of course the wife thought it was "cute"...HA!!

Then, back in the day, Hi-Standard made the model 9163 with a pink anodized alum. frame as well.

I am also betting that if you contacted Ajax Grips, I would bet they sell quite a few of these pretty pink Pearlite grips as well.

Of course the inscription on the first gun posted about may offed some folks, there are many gun toting women I knwo that would carry it with pride...hehe.

As RyanM stated, if it gets more women to carry, it's OK in my book. My buddys' wife doesn't like handguns, but I bet even she would want to shoot this one. Hell, I want to shoot it.

Heh.

One woman of my acquaintance named her motorcycle, "The Bitch." She, at least, would make no objection to the engraving on that barrel -- but she hates pink. Also I think she'd prefer a larger caliber.

I like pink, but not that virulent of a pink.

They don't call it the Undercover Southpaw for nothin'. I could never justify the price of the Charter Arms revolvers when there are so many older K frames out there that I want.

Though I curse like a sailor on my humor blog and in real life, I am oddly put off by the name. I guess it's just that it's so blatant. Had they named it the Pink Lady or something, it would have just been better. Still offensive to women and all, but at least better. If the marketing department was on point, they would have been more honest and called it what it really says: "Hey, stereotypical stupid chick! Pink Gun Here!". Also, it would have only been available in .22, because girls just can't handle more recoil than that.

Someone asked is it real. Yes, it is. I saw it in an add by one of our distributors. I think it was RSR Group, but I may be wrong. Could have been Grice. If anyone is interested, I can check.

My suggestion for a disgusting revolver, one which I even have held and shot, will be reserved for the Taurus 'Judge' .45/.410. Totally useless to me... and huge-looking. Uncomfortable grips. The American made 3" chamber similar firearm, which preceded 'The Judge' by years, never got much of a following - and, at least in photos, looks like it was made in a HS metal shop class.

I have a LH-ed friend who might actually like the pink Undercoverette'!

That is just awful. CNN or someone will probably get word of it and claim that it's encouraging gun violence amongst women.

...

I'm almost hoping for that. That thing is disgusting looking.
