other than that, i never have less than 100 rounds for each firearm i own.

i really havent counted

I have:

5000+ .22 LR
~1200 .30-06 M72 match
~800 9mm
~400 .223

Undetermined quantities of .40 S&W, .45 ACP, .38 Special, .22-250, 6mm Rem, 6.5x55, 7.62x39, 7.62x54R, .30-40 Krag, etc.

At the bottom of the list is .380 ACP, with a little under 1 50 round box.

Least would be .45 since I switched to a glock 29 10mm
Most probably a tie between .44mag, and .300 win mag.

I really didn't intend for it to be that way, but every time I go to the local range guys are shooting those two, and just leave the once fired brass laying around. Since I reload both I pick em up. To bad I don't see much .308 lying around I reload that, and would like more free brass.

1500+ .223 Rem. - stocked up for SHTF.
1500+ .22LR - cheap.
175 .357 Magnum. - too expensive, I have lots of .38 Spl.

5000 .223, 3000 45 acp, prob 300 fedgm .308, 500 22LR, 300 .308 random, 1500 greek 30.06, 600 - 9mm

tons of reloading components which ill probably make use of all weekend, yes the rain gives me time to load a ton up

what can i say? i work OT to pay for my hobby

Most is .22 LR. I started buying value packs back before the price hike last December and put a couple away here and there as I could afford them.
I shoot .22 more than anything else so I figured it made sense to buy some.

Least is .410. I only really use that gun to teach new shooters or just ventilate a few cans once in awhile. I doubt that I even have a full box of ammo for it.

Along the lines of this thread, I started working on filling a .50 caliber ammo can for each caliber that I shoot much of. I figured that was a realistic goal that would give me a pretty decent amount of ammo that would still be portable and affordable.
I'm not quite where I'd like to be on ammo yet but I doubt I ever will be.
But for those who are cartridge deficient, maybe this will help as a rough guideline for you too.

The biggest problem I have - I'd like to get a 20 gauge, a 30-30, and maybe replace my Kahr with a J-frame S&W .38 at some point.
That will be three more ammo cans to fill on top of the ones I already want...
