Most outrageous double stack .45?

Tru dat. I have no idea where the blame, such as it is, should be placed. A niche weapon for a niche that, as it turns out, doesn't really exist. Every time I see it I wonder about the whole idea behind it.

Why would anyone in the military truly want to tote around some damn heavy, big azzz boat anchor of a .45ACP that won't point properly . . . or fit the hand of most shooters?

A gun is just a device with a rifled tube to launch 50 cent bullets at a target. You don't need a big, heavy gun to do this.

I surely wouldn't want to tote that thing around very much!!!

I am not trying to derail this thread, but AGAIN with a comment from someone who has not fired or held one. Guess what? It weighs about 38 ounces, the SAME as a 1911. Most people will be able to shoot it single action. But just like most HK's double action is rediculously out of reach of most shooters.
