How tight do you think the screws need to be torqued? I am going to put a drop of blue locktight on them.

Thanks

Using a common gunsmith screwdriver & handle that fits the screw slots correctly.

1. De-grease the receiver, base, screw head holes, and threads on the screws & receiver.
2. Apply #242 to the underside of the base and a small drop on each screw head & thread.
3. Tighten them tight as you think they can stand by hand.
4. Then take the screw-driver and put the blade in the slot.
5. Whack each screw lightly with a small hammer to jar the threads.
6. Then tighten them snug again.

Once the Blue #242 kicks over by the next day?

They won't come off again, unless you want them too.
