March 29th is the date for the multigun match at Rayner's range. Registration is 9-11:00 AM and squads will form as shooters arrive. Figure on 100 rounds for each gun and it would be a good idea to bring extra. It's looking like 7 or 8 stages, so there will be a whole day of shooting. Concessions will be available. Match fee is $20 and all of the procedes of this match will be donated to the American Cancer Society.

The Pickaway County Sportsman’s Range near Circleville, Ohio is once again hosting four (4) Level 1 USPSA MultiGun matches this year. As far as we know, these are the only confirmed USPSA MultiGun matches being offered in Ohio. We’re planning 4-6 MultiGun stages at each match. Each stage will utilize at least 2 guns. Match dates are April 5, June 7, August 2 & Oct 4. These dates fall on the same weekend as our monthly USPSA Pistol Competitions. Saturday is the Pistol match and Sunday is the MultiGun match. Setup will begin right after the pistol match on Saturday around 2pm. Those who can help with setup will get a discount on match fees. Those who come Saturday at 2pm and Sunday at 8am for setup your match fee will waived. These are BIG setups that are target rich and have plenty of props, so as usual, we’re counting on volunteers to make this happen.

SCHEDULE
April 5, June 7, August 2 & Oct 4
Setup - Saturday 2pm
Setup -Sunday 8am
Shooters Meeting: 9:45am
Match: 10am –

Round count has been averaging about 75 rounds per gun with a few shotgun slugs thrown in here and there for extra fun.

We will be posting stages and round counts ahead of time. You can see what we did last year at: 2008 PCSI MultiGun Stages

Makes me wish I was proficient enough to participate. Also, I'm a decent long gun short of the whole "Three gun" anyway, unless lever actions are allowed.

What's proficient enough?? Only way to get better is to get out and shoot. There is no rule against lever guns, but you'll suffer a little on reload time. I bet it would still be better than staying home.

As a fairly regular "hillbilly" visitor to P.C.S.I. I would encourage everyone to come out and give the Multigun events a try. I drive 3 hours, one way, to get there and I've never been disappointed.

Michael puts on a good match and beginners will get plenty of help and encouragement from the other shooters.

See you on the 5th Michael.

I'll try to attend the one on the 5th. Look for the guy with the 28" 16ga semi auto, the .357 Marlin, and the S&W 439.

See you there Coon. Here are the stages for this weekend.

It may take you a little while to reload your hardware, but I'm sure it will be better than staying home. If you have any questions feel free to ask. There is a safe area at the range for handling and uncasing guns. Do not handle ammo in the safe area and don't handle your guns outside the safe area.
