I would find maybe an L wrench or some kind of punch or screwdriver, something all metal that will fit through the ports so you can turn it. It might have loctite, so use a heat gun. If its red loctite, you will need to get it very hot and use use oven mits to handle the tool to turn it(just dont heat the tool)
Haven't disclosed whether this is a factory installed mount or not. Most mfg.'s use a ceramic based thread adhesive e.g. Rocksett which is stable to 2000 deg F; released by submersion in warm water, NOT HEAT. Loctite's (red) are toast @ 550 deg. Secure the rifle in a padded vise and turn the muzzle device with a spanner wrench.

Yeah, I know.. Not sure why I put break instead of Brake. Anyways I got the brake off finally. Clamped it in a vice and twisted it off. Found a pair of channel locks with the rubber handles that fit nicely in the ports.
Can’t you use a steel dowel rod, screwdriver, etc., something straight- through two of the port holes like a “T” handle & loosen? Otherwise you need some type of clamping wrench. Perhaps Round Jaw Vise grip. Try a using paper wrapped around the brake tightly first. May seem weird, but thin paper, when built up many layers thick, provides incredible gripping force. And will protect the surface from damage.
