Muzzle Devices

Which would be more beneficial: A Smith Vortex flash hider, a tactical muzzle brake, or a LE Compensator? What do each of these devices do? These are all products sold by Rock River and I will be using my AR for general shooting/fun at the range. Thanks.

depends on what weapon you're putting it on and what you need, muzzle rise reduction or flash supression
