What do you guys use as a pocket holster for your .22 mini revolvers ?
I have the .22LR Mini and just dont want to let it sit in my pocket and boucve around and all . Any good functional pocket holsters for them ?

I got one from Shark-Tac (warning amateur website!) but it was mostly because they were at a show and making Kydex holsters and tweaking them right in front of you, which was pretty cool and surprisingly affordable.
I really don't carry my NAA mini though, even though I have a holster just right for it and my pockets in most pants.

I hear good things about Mika's pocket holsters, for BUG and BUG-size guns.

A Kydex kit might be the ticket, dig up some holster pictures and use them for ideas, a NAA mini in .22LR would probably use half a Kydex sheet at most, giving you one chance to screw it up.

I used to use the suede IWB holster that NAA included with their revolvers when I pocket-carried the two that I had. I regret to report that it was not an infrequent occurrence (half the time?) with both of these guns to find that, somehow during the day, the hammer had bounced up out of the between-the-chambers notch and was now resting on the primer of a cartridge. Ungood. This combined with the slowness of actuating the things, their practical inaccuracy, and their abysmal penetration and velocity led me to sell mine off.

Anyhow, don't use the suede NAA IWB in your pocket with these - get a kydex by Grandfather Oak or someone . . . the friction fit of the kydex should help the cylinder not turn in your pocket.

I have used pocket holsters for the minis but they are also tiny and usually come out with the gun. I use an old wallet that I rigged as a holster that stays put or I use a neck holster on the rare occasions I actually carry a mini.

picked up a really comfortable pocket holster from SIMPLY RUGGED. It even has a little pouch that you can hold an extra 5 shots in. Lightweight, low profile in the dress pants, easy to draw from and keeps the gun clean and dry....... $25.

The Rybka one (sp?) that NAA sells. Works well enough

I am gonna take some old leather I have at the house and get a leather needle and some waxed nylon thread and make my own . When it gets done I will post some pics .
It may not look good but should function good .

Back when I still had a Mini, I used one of NAA's IWB holsters, clipped onto a square of thick, stiff leather. Worked well enough for me.

Check out John Locey's website, concealmentholstersolutions.com.

He specialized in pocket hoslters for NAA minis. I have one for my Pug and the workmanship is outstanding.

He molds the holster to fit in the cylincer flutes, there is no chance of it turning out of the safety notch.

I have both, the 1-1/8" barrel NAA .22 magnum, as well as the NAA .22LR.
With a little altercation, an empty flip-top box of Marlboro cigarettes makes
for an excellent "deep cover" concealed handgun; and works well for under
cover drug agents that otherwise can't tote a noticeable firearm~! Only a
slight problem here, I am not a smoker; so that would be a dead give-away
to the "street wise" creeps that prowl our neighborhoods~! :uhoh: ;)

38snapcaps, thanks for that link ! Thats some neat little holsters. Very good workmanship . I may get one of those too .
