I ordered a set of dies from them a couple of weeks ago and we could not get them to adjust right and re size correctly so I sent them back to exchange for some other stuff. I was expecting to have to pay some shipping so I called them to check on the order and see for sure what was going to happen. Well they said every thing was already on its way and that I did not ow them any thing for for shipping. They went above and beyond what I expected of them and provided supper customer support and service. I will happily be using them again.
 
The only caveat is if you order via their website you have no choice for shipping. My previous order from them, whatever I "saved" vs. Midway was more than eaten up by high shipping. This time I learned and called my order in and had some shipping options, including USPS flat rate.

My one beef continues to be item price PLUS shipping PLUS handling fees.

Well with what I have available to me in my town I am more than happy to pay for the good customer service they provide.
 
I am not sure who's fault it is but I bought one of the new RCBS X-dies and we could not get it to work. We followed the instructions we tried adjusting them like my brother in law adjust all of his dies, lots of lube no lube and every thing in between. We just could not get them to work. We went into town and picked up a set of regular FL dies and we were in business. So I sent them back and told them the trouble we were having with them and they even refunded shipping. As a rule when I use mail order I expect to loose the cost of shipping if something is not right but they sent out new stuff Friday with no questions asked. Just all a round good customer service above what should be expected.
