Did anybody see this show? Did it strike you as biased AGAINST hunting? -even though the host tried to present both sides? I saw the title and thought, "Oh boy, a good show to watch." From the beginning when it showed a girl crying over a wounded bird during a hunt I knew this was not exactly what I was hoping for. I was very disappointed. Is all of National Geographic's stuff slanted like this?

Then that fellow they had on towards the end, who swore off hunting after he realized how much pain the little animals were going through.

That guy was a piece of work. Of course, every example he gave was such an atypical example of hunting, that in and of itself, it invalidated any reasonable point he might have come up with.

Tried to find more info on the show. It said at the end to log on to nationalgeographic.com for credits. Could not find anything about it except this:

Hunting in America
Special

Is hunting a time-honored tradition or a primitive legacy that we have outgrown? Look into the daily lives of six people who are deeply entrenched on opposite sides of this passionate debate.

Don't forget, boys and girls, that National Geographic is very much in favor of "gun control" and has donated big $$$$$ to the various organizations that crusade for the eventual confiscation of our firearms.

National Geographic is that bad. Don't forget, they hired that Prince of Anti Americans, Peter Arnett, then and had to fire him after his giving aid and comfort to the enemy brought Nat Geo such a huge load of grief, during the opening phases of the current unpleasantness in Iraq.
