need a gunsmith in Baltimore for a rear sight elevator

I was wondering if anybody had a recommendation on a gunsmith in Baltimore. I need a replacement rear sight elevator for a Puma 1892. The one I have on the rifle is too low (as I found out trying to sight it in), so I need to find a higher one. The front sight has a bead, so I can't just file it down.

I am only in Baltimore for a week, and this rifle is a gift for my brother. I need to get the thing sighted in before I give it to him, so if anyone has a recommendation, I would greatly appreciate it.
