Need a gunsmith recommendation for WA

I just replaced the barrel on my match AR and would like to have another match upper made from the old one to use for my practice sessions. I'm looking for a recommendation for a good gunsmith in Washington that can do that. I was going to use Rick at Freudenbeg Custom Rifles but I've found him to be a disappointment and would like someone better or at least a pleasure to deal with.

Where would you go if this was your rifle?

While I would prefer to do business and support the local guy I understand that that's not always possible. Yes, I would be willing to ship it off to have it done right, especially if the turn around time is pretty good. Whom would you suggest?

My barrel is the Les Baer NRA Match AR barrel that's 30" in length.

30 inches in pretty long.

All of us local guys send our CMP Match ARs to John Scandale for work. He's about 2 hours east of us. Plymouth Meeting, PA if I remember correctly. Does great work for reasonable prices.
