Need a manual - .30 M1 Carbine

I recently picked up a Rock-Ola .30 M1 Carbine. Does anyone have a .pdf copy of a manual for one? I'd like to know the recommended lubrication intervals/quantities, finer points of the gun and upkeep, etc.
