A friend of mine made a stupid mistake returning from a trip to Atlanta. He drove down and was flying back and pulled the "I forgot the gun was in the bag" stunt. He was arrested and since he is not from Atlanta (we are both from Columbus OH) needs an attorney there.
If anyone can lend a hand it would be appreciated.
My friend feels bad enough so please no flames. I already reminded that bags that carry guns to the range should never be used for anything else rule.
