I don't know but they have the scope jacked up way too high for a good cheek weld. Unless you're Andre the Giant.

those are called cantilevered scope rings.

Those rings are made in the USA by BKL. Good quality rings and mounts.

A little...but they are worth it. I've got the BKL-254 and it is the best rimfire scope mount I've owned.
