Need help w/binocular strap

Hello (I've also posted this in the "accessories" forum),

I am in need of some help. There is a binocular strap that attaches to the binoculars, goes over the shoulders (of course), and then attaches to the belt at the small-of-the-back like a pair of suspenders would.

I've seen this many times, but now that I want to buy one, I can't find the ad or website for it.

Can anyone please help me?

My brother gave me this really cool gizmo that he had last year when we hunted. It's a padded pouch that your binoculars slip into that is fastened about midway up your chest with a padded harness that goes arounf your chest and over your shoulders. Imagine putting a miniature backpack on backwards and that's kind of what it's like. I've yet to use it but my brother swears by this thing. Keeps them out of the weather too and reduces strain on your neck and shoulders. I'll try to see what brand it is tonight.

Thanks for the replies, but it's neither one of those.

Picture a single strap hooked under your belt at the small of your back.

At about halfway between your shoulder blades, it splits into two straps that go over either shoulder to about the middle of your pecs, and then attaches to the binoculars.

I've seen the picture of it 100 times, but dang if I can find it now.

I just got these in the mail tonight. They don't attach to your belt in the small of your back, but they do essentially the same job -- get the weight of the binos off of your neck.

I'm really suprised by the design - Burris thought of a lot while designing these straps.

Keep in mind that a bino strap system that is made to attach to your belt in the small of your back will be unable to do so while you're wearing a coat or parka in cooler weather.
 
I like the Bino System from Crooked Horn so much so that I have 4. Two are used with binoculars and two are use with my Canon cameras. I can now carry them all day without feeling that my head will pop off from the pressure of that around the neck strap.
