Good Morning, I am trying to get some much needed information on 2 guns. The guns are model 1873 Colts but we do not know anything about them as far as the year they were made or where they were made. The first has the serial number HN48785 and the second gun's serial number is 21013SA. I would appreciate any information from anyone. Thank you

Serial number 21013SA is a second generation Colt( Suffix SA), made in 1959. The other with a suffix of HN, don't know. My reference only gos to 1974 but I believe when Colt started the line back up they simply revesed the suffix and the 1976 guns stared SAXXXXX. I can find no Single Action Armys with the Prefix of HN in any of my references. In fact, I can find no Colts with the prefix of HN. Colt does get som parts from Italy ( shutter) however their guns are listed as as being made in Hartford Cn. Hope that helps.
