Well I have been so pleased with the Burris XTS-135 I bought for my 9mm AR that I bought one for my wife's gun. It's 3 MOA Dot that is prety sharp. They are water and shock proof.
It has 11 brightness settings, seting 4 is fine for indoor range shooting and 6 is good for a sunny day of out door shooting.
The one on my 9mm gun has not needed adjustment since I installed it many thousands of rounds ago.
Plus they are only $234 delivered from Natchez for the sight and ring.
She's excited to get to the range with it now. She loves the Red Dot idea. It just might convert her into a shooter!
She still thinks it's a little heavy (what can I say, she's a whimp), I might need to do a free float and a Bi-Pod set up so she can just shoot from the bench.
P.S.
Yes the color is a bit bright, but if refinishing the gun in PURPLE gets my wife to the range with me then I'll refinish it any damn color she wants it!
