Iowa was bombarded with ice for our first season deer hunt in December, we hunted on solid ice falling on our hind ends most of opening day. I was wearing my Nikon realtree Laser 800 rangefinder on my belt and after a full feet in the air fall my rangefinder was badly damaged. I sent it in to Nikon's customer service and they came back with a repair quote of $168.00 which I gladly authorized. On Jan 10th I received a brand new Laser 800 from them, they elected to replace it for the repair cost. My range finder was 5 years old and they sent me a new replacement for $168.00, these retail for $379.00..

Thanks NIKON!:D
