Back OT, I'll wait for the actual facts of the case to come out before I call anyone a "bad tempered" anything. In all events, a child was injured and that certainly is a bad thing.

The trouble is I've seen far too many of these cases where the information is swept under the rug. Need I remind you that the perp of the Ruby Ridge murders were given commendations a few years after.

Once again, why isn't the DA answering questions if there isn't something to hide.

I find it truly amazing that their are so many people in the world that get all worked over things before they receive all the information.This group being no exception.Yet we hate all others that do the same thing.I guess this proves that humans,no matter how enlightened they feel they are,have prejudices of all types?

I'm a proud redneck! (maybe kind of a wannabe, but real rednecks accept me) I listen to Charlie Daniels and Willie Nelson, I drive an old pickup with a PBR sticker on it, and depending on the time of year my neck is often actually red.

But...

I'm not the least bit prone to violence. I haven't thrown a punch in 25 years, and I won't shoot anything unless it's trying to kill me or I can eat it. (I won't even shoot coyotes)


We need more info on the Cop shooting women and children story, but it don't sound good.

It's my little protest against racial classification. I've been sick and tired of the hyphenated American distinction and lumped titles to behaviors without regard to race, creed and national origin. Plus it drives the latent bigots to distraction.

So now we hillbillies and rednecks are "latent bigots?"
