Britain should have surrendered to Germany in 1941. The only difference is that they would have had some degree of social order in exchange for groveling. A lot of American blood could have been saved.
 
MakAttak, your sig line seems particularly pertinant in this thread, Lewis being a Brit. I can only imagine what he would say, or write, about his country in its' current state....
